Welcome to PaperArt! We recognize the importance of respecting the privacy of those who visit www.paperart.com.cy (collectively referred to herein as the “Site”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect and use your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). We suggest that you review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may update it from time to time.
The Information That We Collect
You may visit and browse the Site without providing any Personal Information. To access certain services and to purchase products from us, however, we require that you register for an account on the Site and provide us with certain Personal Information as further described below.
During the account registration process, we require you to provide a valid e-mail address, username, and password. In the event that you order products from us (for example, a book), we will require you to provide your name, credit card and billing information (including telephone number and billing address), and country of residence.
We request that you provide your name and email address when you submit a question through our “Contact Us” feature on the Site so that we may respond to your inquiry. We will use the email address submitted through the “Contact Us” feature for the single purpose of responding directly on a one-time basis to a specific inquiry.
We request that you provide your email address when you subscribe to receive offers and news using the “Join Us” feature on the Site.
We also may collect information about you and your use of our Site, services, and/or software through your use of our Site, services, and/or software.
Every time you visit the Site, our web server automatically collects non-personally identifiable information about your computer and/or browser, including the following: your browser type, type of mobile device (if applicable), IP address, operating system, internet service provider’s name, the referring URL, and information on the pages you access on the Site (collectively, “Computer Information”).
How We Use Information
We may use your Personal Information for our internal purposes for any of the following reasons, as applicable: to enable you to register an account on the Site and to purchase products from us, to contact you regarding products that you have purchased from us or wish to purchase from us, to troubleshoot technical issues you may be experiencing and resolve any disputes, to provide you information that you have requested including information about offers and services, to enforce our Terms of Service, and to improve the content and general administration of the Site and our services.
We may use your Computer Information to track how the Site is being used, to improve our Site design, to offer products and services, to personalize your experience, to save your password in password-protected areas, to enable you to use shopping carts on the Site.

We do not provide contact information to third-party marketers without your permission.

In the event of a merger, consolidation, or other corporate reorganization in which PaperArt participates or a sale of all or substantially all of PaperArt’s stock and/or assets to which the Site relates, we may transfer your Personal Information to the successor entity or purchaser.
Cookies
Most Internet sites collect data about visitors through the use of “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that help sites recognize repeat visitors by assigning a random number to each desktop for tracking content preferences and traffic patterns. Cookies may be used to “connect” your computer to information stored in a separate location. The Site may use browser cookies to track user behavior. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave the Site to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us.
Unsubscribing from Communications
When you supply us with Personal Information in the course of registering an account, subscribing to receive offers, or placing an order, the information you provide will be added to our user database and our email list.
We may send you email with information on new products, services, and offers. If you do not wish to receive such email in the future, please contact us at inquiries@paperart.com.cy with the subject header “unsubscribe” to remove yourself from our email list.
We may send you periodic notices or announcements relating to the Site, our services, and/or your account. We reserve the right to send you such notices even if you unsubscribe from all voluntary email communications. If you do not wish to receive any communications from us at all, then you will need to delete your account entirely. To do so, please email inquiries@paperart.com.cy with the subject header “delete full account”. Upon your request we will delete your account as soon as reasonably possible. However, you should understand that any Image Gallery that you have designated as “shared” or “public” may not be deleted and/or removed and may remain on the Site.
Security
We employ procedural and technological measures that are reasonably designed to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We may use firewalls and/or password protection to help prevent unauthorized access to your Personal Information.
However, we cannot guarantee the protection of information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction or that your information may not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others.
International Privacy Rights
If you are visiting the site from outside the United States, please be aware that you are sending information (including Personal Information) to the United States, where our servers are located. That information may then be transferred within the United States or back out of the United States to other countries outside of your country of residence, depending on the type of information and how it is stored by us. These countries (including the United States) may not necessarily have data protection laws comprehensive or protective as those in your country of residence; however, our collection, storage and use of your Personal Information will at all times continued to be governed by this Privacy Policy.
Children’s Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. You should be aware that the Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 13.
Public Image Galleries and Public Forums
The Site allows users to share information, is open to the public, and should not be considered private.
Any images or other content in any Image Gallery that you designate as “shared” or “public” is public information, and you agree that there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality with respect to such images or content.
We may also offer online forums, blogs, comment sections, message boards and/or user profiles for public view on the Site (collectively, “Public Forums”) where you may choose to disclose information, including Personal Information. You should think carefully before posting any Personal Information in any Public Forum. What you post can be seen, disclosed to, or collected by third parties and may be used by others in ways we cannot control or predict, including to contact you for unauthorized purposes. As with any public forum on any site, the information you post may also show up in third-party search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, Bing, etc. If you mistakenly post Personal Information in a Public Forum and would like it removed, you can email us at inquiries@paperart.com.cy to request that we remove it. However, in some cases, we may not be able to remove your Personal Information. We are not responsible, and assume no liability for, any uses or disclosures of Personal Information designated as “shared” or “public” or posted in any Public Forum.
Protecting Your Information
We utilize reasonable security technologies to protect sensitive information. However, the security of this information depends in part on the security of the computer you use to communicate with us, the security you use to protect Usernames and passwords, and the security provided by your internet service provider. We are not responsible for the security of your internet service provider; you should review the security and privacy policies of your internet service provider carefully. Information that you access via the Site may be stored on your computer during your session for your convenience. If others have access to your computer or your username and password, they may be able to access this information. In any area of the Site requiring a password, you should log off the Site when you are done viewing information or whenever you leave your computer. We are not responsible for the security or privacy of information communicated to or from such a computer. You should keep any correspondence you receive relating to the Site or our services (including, but not limited to, your Username, password, other registration information, emails, order information, or any other information) confidential and in a safe place.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its choice of law rule and without regard to the location of any user. Any dispute arising in connection with this Privacy Policy must be filed in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We reserve the right, at any time, to update and change this Privacy Policy, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we will post the modified Privacy Policy on the Site, though we will notify you of any changes that, in our sole discretion, materially impact this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Site and/or our services after any such changes have been made shall constitute your consent to such changes. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the most current version of the Privacy Policy, which is currently available at: www.paperart.com.cy. When we change this Privacy Policy, we will modify the “Last Updated” date above.
